Ms. Xu joined in Beijing Dragon in 1999. She specializes in domestic and foreign-related patent prosecution and lawsuit for electronics and electronic engineering, communication, semiconductor technology and automation, etc. With the strong background in science and technology and profound knowledge in laws of both China and United States, Ms. Xu has not only personally prosecuted hundreds of patent and trademark applications, but also successfully won several widely-watched IP cases of patent invalidation for our foreign and domestic clients. In 2010, Ms. Xu began to serve as the General Manager of Dragon IP. She has represented DRAGON to participate in many international conferences on IP issues and exchanges with other foreign IP firms in the recent years.
