1980-1995, Ms. Hao pursued further studies in patent examination and patent law in Japan, Europe, and Austria respectively.

1991-1992, Visiting scholar at Tokyo Metropolitan University.

Chairperson Hao Qingfen, with her profound patent knowledge and fluent Japanese and English, has served as a legal advisor for Japanese enterprises in patent infringement litigation and Chinese patent application matters in Japan for a long time. During this period, Ms. Hao represented numerous foreign patent infringement cases and had the experience of appearing in foreign courts and engaging in patent infringement litigations. Proficient in Chinese patent law, with rich experience in patent application, patent reexamination, patent invalidation, patent litigation, etc., Ms. Hao is a renowned first-class patent attorney in China.

As a senior visiting scholar, Ms. Hao studied patent laws at Tokyo Metropolitan University from1991 to 1992, during which Ms. Hao published several research papers on patent for utility models with Japanese Prof. Shibuya. She is the author of several books on intellectual property laws, including Patent for Utility Models. Her papers are often published in various domestic and foreign scholarly publications；

In 1998, Ms. Hao founded Dragon International Patent Office in Beijing and she is the chairperson of the board of the directors ever since. In the same year, Ms. Hao established Dragon International Patent Tokyo Office in Tokyo, Japan and serves as the chairperson of the Tokyo Office from 1998.
