Ms. ZHONG once worked in the CNIPA and went to Germany for further studies on patent examination, patent reexamination, and intellectual property law.

Ms. ZHONG used to be engaged in information resource development and technology application management in large cooperations. She worked as a patent lawyer in one of the biggest Patent Agencies in China, and has rich practical experience.

Ms. ZHONG joined in Dragon in 2003 as a patent Lawyer, and engaged in patent prosecution in the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, etc., and prosecution and consultation services related to patent application, patent reexamination, patent invalidation, and patent litigation. She is very experienced in patent filing procedures and response to office actions, and she has prosecuted hundreds of invention patent applications in the fields of chemistry and biotechnology. Also, she has much experience in internal procedures related to patent filing.
