Joining Dragon IP in 2006, Mr. Liu is mainly in charge of translation and proofreading of Japanese cases in the  technical fields of electronics, telecommunication, semi-conductor, automation.

Since being transferred to the domestic market department of Dragon IP in 2007, Mr. Liu has been serving as the deputy general manager, responsible for the development of domestic and US markets, as well as client management and maintenance.
